Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

If the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the specifications provided on our store, you can contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Returns or exchanges are approved only for defective or non-conforming products.
Return and exchange services are only available within Saudi Arabia.
Athasee is not responsible for damage caused during international shipping.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request at our sole discretion.

In Case of a Return:

Customers can request a remake of the product, which will follow the same manufacturing and delivery timeline.
Alternatively, customers can request to cancel the order and receive a full refund with no fees deducted.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:

The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Scratched, damaged, or misused items, or those damaged due to incorrect electrical connections, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products not meeting these criteria will be deemed ineligible at our discretion.

How to Return a Product:

If the product was delivered by Athasee or one of our delivery partners, contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
Upon receiving the returned product, our technical team will inspect it for compliance with return conditions (eg, packaging, accessories, and technical checks). Approval or rejection will then be determined by our executive manager.

Replacement Process:

Approved replacement products will be shipped or delivered to the agreed location.
A product will only be replaced with a different model if the original item is out of stock. In such cases, your approval will be obtained before proceeding.

Refund Process:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
