  To facilitate smooth delivery, please provide a clear and complete shipping address, including the building, villa, or apartment number, street name, city, region, postal code, and a valid contact name and phone number as per the form on our website.

• Delivery Times:

  • For orders within Saudi Arabia, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from the order date.
  • For international orders, delivery takes 3 to 8 weeks , depending on the destination.

• Custom and High-Craft Products:
  Certain items, such as those in the Royal Home Collection or high-handcrafted products, may require up to 10 weeks for delivery.

• Delays:
  Unforeseen delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping issues beyond our control, extending delivery to a maximum of 10 weeks .

• Order Cancellations:
  As our products are crafted and shipped specifically for our customers from Egypt, cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the delivery exceeds the agreed schedule.
  • If the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

• Delivery Days:
  Deliveries are made on weekdays only, from Sunday to Thursday , excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Address Accuracy:
  Double-check your shipping address and contact information to avoid delays. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will result in non-shipment of the order.

• Unreachable or Refused Deliveries:
  If delivery cannot be completed due to an inability to contact you or refusal to accept the product (except for order errors), you agree to cover the delivery fee, which may be deducted from any prepaid amount.

• Delivery Confirmation:
  Upon receiving your order, please sign the delivery receipt to confirm there are no damages to the packaging or product.
